I've had this outfit in mind ever since Halloween. I became obsessed with these tights awhile back and couldn't convince myself NOT to buy them. They were so funky, they look like lava or smoldering wood. I don't know if it's cheating to wear two challenge colors on one day, so I'm probably going to be doubling up on challenge colors all week because all these trendy colors look so great together.
How did I ever live without a bright orange dress? I dunno, but it's already a workhorse in my closet.
Also - boob ruffle.
That is all.
I love those tights, they are so fun! I'm glad you got them! I think the bright orange dress and fun wine colored cardigan looks fantastic together! Very nice overall!
ReplyDeleteI TOTALLY love this color combo!!1 AWESOME!!! Those tights are dynamite!!

I love orange and burgundy together SO MUCH. It's just about the most awesome thing ever. (I'm burgundy and various shades of pink today, myself.) And the tights do, in fact, remind me of a burned-down campfire. (In such a good way, it's just a perfect description.)
ReplyDeleteThose tights are amazing. For the less colour brave (aka me), they remind me what colours go together - like wine and orange.
ReplyDeleteAlso can I say - boob ruffle - couldn't be without them ;-)
Wine and orange is is a fun combination. That sweater coat looks cozy AND it has a ruffle.
ReplyDeleteSo good together! The tights are like the glue, they rock.
ReplyDeleteLOL! Your tights are awesome Megan and though I've never thought to pair orange and wine, I really like the outcome! This dress is just so perfect on you!
ReplyDelete"Boob ruffle". Dammit, why didn't I think of that decades ago? :) You are rocking orange and wine, and why wouldn't you buy those awesome tights?
ReplyDeleteBoob Ruffle!! Love this combination of colours!
ReplyDeleteThat is a FABULOUS sweater! I agree on mixing the colors - lots of them go together so well :)
ReplyDeleteP.S. Nubbin - love it ;)!
OH WOW. I love your Wine Look. I love the length of that cardigan/sweater coat. The ruffle off the side is Fabulous!! Also, pairing it with Bloody Orange & Stand-out Tights was a great choice that only you could pull off. =))
ReplyDeleteI love your take on the wine look, the frills are absolutely adorable! :) wine and orange look like they are getting on really welll :)
ReplyDeleteThose are the COOLEST tights ever :D And the wine cardigan is so ruffly and pretty!
ReplyDeleteWonderful burgundy jacket, and the tights are to die for.

OMG those tights are glorious!!! I love how the colours translate to the solid pieces on top. Your layered v-neck closures and asymmetrical boob ruffle are made of awesome.
ReplyDeleteI'm wearing Friday's grey with at least a couple of my Fashion Challenge colours, so I'm again glad it's inclusive!
I'm digging the tights too. I have been so nervous about wearing colored tights but after seeing so many ladies wear them, I'm ready to jump on the bandwagon. Just coolness.
ReplyDeleteYes to the tights!! Gorgeous color combination!
ReplyDeleteThese tights are fantastic! I went directly to the web site to see if I can get some for myself. Cause I love to copy!!
