Tunic Dress - All Saints
Skirt - Edme and Esyllte
Kalana Wool Crochet Tights - Sockdreams
Vera Ellen Boots - Fluevog
Ah the bizarre weather days where mornings are freezing and afternoons are blazing. I was comfortably dressed when I left the house, but halfway through the days the tights were just too much. Thankfully I get to come home for a short time between classes and changed to some skinny jeans for my night class. Tomorrow will probably be even warmer so I'll be skipping the tights entirely.
Aside from jumping the gun on autumn wear, I wanted to say a quick thank you to those who wiped out my Shop My Closet page yesterday. I dropped all the packages in the mail today.
Hooray for clearing out your shop your closet section! That is fantastic! I had my eye on the pink skirt - but you are smaller than me unfortunately!
ReplyDeleteThis transitional weather is a bit odd, hard to know how to dress. Layers help!
I love the color of your skirt!
I love that All Saints dress over the skirt, so pretty! We had a COLD day, 70 degrees, lol. I've been pretty comfortable in my pantyhose and boots.
ReplyDeleteI know I love my stuff from your closet :D
It was in the high 50s this morning, but nearly 80 in the sun this afternoon. D= I can't with this weather.
DeleteFor real??? Wow! that was quick and successful! I love your skirt Megan. Fall is a finicky little season isn't it? I had a similar dilemma this morning.
ReplyDeleteEach piece of this outfit is perfect on you, Megan! Together they create a wonderful silhouette. I too was stuck in an outfit not quite as temp-adjustable as usual - ugh on the roasting, but glad to be wearing some different things for sure! Yay for your shop-my-closet success, that is awesome.
ReplyDeleteI like the tunic. I need to check out All Saints sometime.
ReplyDeleteLove this tunic so hard. It really captures your style. Thanks for the quick mailing! I feel lucky to have scored some of your sales (maybe do more soon?? : >)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, sweetie! I am too TOO excited to wear that harness!
ReplyDeleteLove this swingy look - the tights are so fab with those boots!
Agreed on this combo weather. I have a long sleeve, light-weight tunic I'm dying to wear, but I know the afternoons are far too warm for it yet. Love your pops of color here though!
ReplyDeleteOur weather swing is similar but, unfortunately, it doesn't matter to those wearing boring, loose men's clothing. Another example of my odd, ironic wish to be discomforted the way other women are.
ReplyDeleteThat's been the case for us, too, but I don't mind because it's been beautiful. I took a denim jacket to work yesterday that I needed but by the evening it was balled up in a corner.
ReplyDeleteGreat tunic, and it looks awesome with the color on that skirt.
I'm with you on htis schizo weather--40 in the morning-80 in the afternoon!!
ReplyDeleteLove the top with the skirt and boots!!
It is the same type of weather here. It is nice, but hard to dress for two seasons in one day.
ReplyDeleteI have always loved this top, it is just the coolest ever.
We're getting some cooler temps but it's not even close to tights weather! I love the color of those fabulous boots :)
ReplyDeleteChangeable weather is so frustrating. I am getting all layered-up in the last week then spend time shedding and putting things back on. What is the All Saints print of? it looks interesting. I have a branch locally but the sales assistants are Rude. As. - to the point of just ignoring customers, and it puts me off.
ReplyDeleteIt's actually just an abstract print. From far away it looks like something, but when you try to look closer it's actually just a line-style print.
DeleteI have only ever shopped online from them because they have free US shipping and I don't have to talk to people. Plus I don't have a location close to me.
I am playing catch-up after two weeks of very little computer time, but had to tell you that I LOVE this outfit! You look stunning!!
