Midnight Blue

Blouse - Old Navy
Skirt, belt - thrifted
Socks - gift from Ally
Clinic boots - Jeffery Campbell

The temps are temporarily up. So I decided to pull out one of the thin tops I picked up. These will be great in the cooler days of summer. I actually bought this blouse in two colorways, I just wish they had this one in the size I needed, but I loved the navy so much I got it anyway. The socks were a Christmas gift from Ally. I've actually worn them a ton already, under tall boots, but I wanted to show them off today with my clinic boots. Does owning a pair of Jeffrey Campbell's make me a real blogger now? Lol.

Today I will be sewing a pair of swim-shorts for my birthday-hopeful idea. I will also be writing up a yearly round-up post to go live on Sunday. Finally time to get on the ball with some of my to-do list!

(Or maybe just spend the rest of the day playing Terraria, same thing right?)

  1. oh man, those boots and that skirt together are SOOO badass! And I love the additions of the blue and purple. So hot.

  2. Your outfit is awesome, love your shoes and skirt!

  3. Very chic! Love those boots!

    Happy New Year!

  4. Black and blue and purple = awesome outfit. You look so cool!

  5. I neglected to comment earlier today. I am in love with this hot little number! The top hangs so well and that skirt is amazing! Oh, did I mention how kick ass your booties are?! Amazing!

  6. Fabulous! You are rockin' that leather skirt!

You have inspired me to try my hand at thrifting in 2012. I may need some hand-holding ;)

    Happy new year!

  7. So glad that you opted for the blouse. It looks great on you and as always I am jealous of your leather skirt. Have a safe and happy new year Megan! It has been a pleasure to "meet" you this year and I wish you all the best in 2012!

  8. You look fabulous in this color combo. The blue with your hair is stunning! The socks from Ally are cool. The boots beyond cool!
I have some Jeffrey Campbell flats, but they are no where near as cool as your boots.

Thanks for reading. Got something to say? I'd love to hear it!
