Stars and Stripes Forever

Dress, Leggings, Boots (ebay) - All Saints
Star Print Skirt - Versace Jeans, thrifted

Getting dressed was hard today. I tried pulling all sorts of outfits, and decided to just throw on some All Saints and be done. This dress is more like a tunic at this point, but I still love how comfortable it is. It's rainy, so you get to see my double pumpkins leftover from Halloween. They've held up surprisingly well.

The leggings were one of my last purchases before both the ban and All Saints reclosing their archive site. I decided to snag this pair at $12. This fit is better than most leggings, but still not my favorite. I like them as a tights replacement though.

I'm going to my last class before Thanksgiving break. I'm so ready for a few days of delicious food, family and fun. Hope your Monday is going well!

  2. Some days, I'm a little dumb. I thought you confused Independence day with Thanksgiving, with the title, not realizing it was a direct reference to the patterns you're wearing today. Though it Thanksgiving more patriotic in the States than here, with the Mayflower and all?

  7. I know how you love stars. Every time I see stars on something I think of you. This is a really cute outfit and it is hard to believe it is just thrown on as it looks so well thought out. Very cool boots. I had some similar ones when I was in my 20's. I swear every time I wore them my leg would start itching and I would have to unlace them to scratch. I think it was all in my mind, ha!

  9. That dress may be more of a tunic, but that just means you have an excuse to wear cute layers.
