| Tunic as top - INC, swap Skirt - unknown, thrifted pumps - John Fluevog |
I was racking my brain last night for a good pairing and thought this tunic would work great tucked in. In hindsight this outfit would have been perfection for Fruits Week. I don't know what in the world is going on with my hair today. Ally mentioned in my comments yesterday that green is underrated! I so agree, because green is such a fabulous color that can give an impact as great as red if used right.
For the bread part of today, D and I had lunch at Panera and dropped by the grocery to pick up - what else, bread! Any big plans for the weekend? I'm hoping to try and see Cowboys and Aliens again. Happy Almost-Friday!
Edited to add: Yes, this is super matchy matchy. ...and I love it.

I *love* this look! Very colorful and attractive. Oh, and thanks for the mention!!
ReplyDeleteIt is matchy, but in a FABULOUS way. I love the yellow and green and I have to disagree with you about your hair. I think it's cute! This outfit would have been great for Fruits Week. Maybe next time. I love the whole thing. It might be one of my favorites for you (other than the military look--that's still my fave). Love it love it!
ReplyDeleteI like that watermelon rind print!
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking of you today vis-a-vis my gold fruit necklaces. You and fruit are forever connected in my mind.
ReplyDelete@ Wendy - Lol! I am kind of fruity. And bit obsessed with food and fashion inspiration. I have to admit I was a food blogger first!
ReplyDeleteEven though it's mathy match it is pure perfection! Love everything about it!
ReplyDeleteAnd I had a Sierra turkey at Panera today and it was quite tasty!
What a fabulous skirt! I love the stripeyness of it and the color is fab. This weekend we are celebrating my mom's birthday with a BBQ. We are also getting carpet laid in our upstairs rooms, which means I get to put my closet/craftroom together!
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing wrong with being matchy from time to time. Citron is really your color!
ReplyDeleteI think this is such a fun skirt! The whole look is bright and happy. The coordinating colors are really wonderful and they are so flattering on you. A great summer look!
ReplyDeleteThe colors look great on you. This is a really, really cute outfit. I love green colors. At one time in my life I would not have been caught dead in them, but lately I have been loving them. Good luck on seeing C&Aliens.
ReplyDeleteThese colors look amazing on you. I think maybe because of the contrast with your cute hair?
ReplyDeleteSoooo SpringISH...is that a word?

ReplyDeleteLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE THIS COORD. You can bodyslam someone and it'll be like "SUMMER JUST HIT YOU" XD I'm really digging the bright colors/combination. Awesomesauce.
ReplyDeleteYou look like a doll !
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful assemble.
I love finding those garments that you can tell (and hope for) there was probably just one made... and it's all yours :)
Now this is the way to do matchy matchy ... and not the way miss blue did it.
