Cardigan - Xhilaration, swap Tank dress - Faded Glory Belt - Rugged Warehouse Shoes - X-appeal, thrifted |
I've worn this particular tank dress a documented 11 times. It cost me $7, making the PPW = 63p. Now, I got rid of the other two tank dresses, one gave away, the other donated because I didn't like it. I've gotten so much wear out of this one. I wish when I had bought them they had subdued colors. I really like the fit of this particular tank dress. It's not tight at the bottom, has a bit of an A-line to it. Absolutely indispensable for days when you need comfortable clothing.
It's really time to update my hair color. I'm debating whether to keep waiting until I can get some henna ordered or if I want to just use a box dye.

Oooooooh! Good choice pairing this fun red tank dress with the cardigan. This dress fits you perfectly and at 63p per wear (with assumingly many more to come), this dress is a STEAL! Looking good Megan and thank you for sending me good karma waves--it worked. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI really adore this little dress. The color is wonderful, and with 11 wears to prove, seems to be a very versatile piece. Pairing it with the cardigan is a great way to make the transition from summer to fall - can you believe it's already time to start thinking about that sort of thing? I also love the brown belt and shoe. I think it blends nicely with dress's fun color. Another cute outfit! :)
ReplyDeleteLove this cardigan paired with the tank dress. Great choice!
ReplyDeleteSometimes I struggle with navy, but it's considered a neutral, so I
Could see this with brown or gray/metallic shoes. Also navy and black look good together, and also a pop of lime green or berry would look good. Oh what about a mix of different shades of blue? OK, maybe now that I think about it, it goes with more than I thought, lol :-)

I think navy looks great paired with red, and that tank dress does look insanely comfortable.
ReplyDeleteI'm envious at how you can wear anything. You're like the perfect size and shape for any outfit. Most of us -- especially me -- have body issues to wrestle with. You can put on anything and make it look good.
ReplyDeleteYou have some really cool shoes! I would love to find a comfortable dress like yours. You look really nice in it.
ReplyDeleteI think that navy is one of the colors you can wear with almost anything.
what a great dress! that cardi is very cool too. and i love the shoes. ok, i love it all...again :)
ReplyDeleteI love that cardi with the red dress too. I've seen some bloggers wear the belt over that cardi... I wonder how that would have looked too....
ReplyDeleteSo cute! That cardigan is fabulous on you. I love it paired with red too. (Never would have thought of that.) I also love the metallic shoe. So pretty.
ReplyDeleteI adore this flowy silhouette on you, lady!
ReplyDeleteAhhh I haven't been here in forever ;;== AYY. CUte coord!! Love the colors of it. So cute and casual and lovely.
ReplyDeleteAlso: DO NOT MIX HENNA & BOX COLOR. The chemicals do NOT MIX. It might damage your hair extensively since box color has a lot of metallics in it that clash with henna. Either stay with henna or wait until it fades out completely.
Not to change the subject, but I SO WISH you lived in Minnesota! I just hit the Salvation Army today and scored some awesome Target dead stock. You would have loved it! And you would have scored big time before your hiatus from shopping.
ReplyDeleteAh well. Someday!
Such a flattering dress shape on you!
