What's black and white and red all over?

 Cami - NY&Co
Cardi, skirt (H&M) - thrifted
Belt - TJMaxx
Shoes - Fly London
Feeling much more invigorated today. I got dressed and headed out to.. well Goodwill. The intention was looking for Hubby some new work shirts, but the men's section was obliterated in his size. I browsed for myself while waiting for a ride home and managed to find... two pairs of shoes. Oops. I finally found some white sandals. They had elements of the Frye Kelsey shoes I had been lusting after (sold out though!). These have a nice low heel though and are much more walkable than 4 inch pumps.

Speaking of 4 inch pumps.. I also got green sandals. Pretty sure these are vintage, though I'm unsure of the decade. They are loved and need some TLC but I couldn't put them back. You'll see them again during Fruits Week. All in all, I'm only out $7 total.

  1. How is it that the shoes you find thrifting don't look worn and gross, like all the shoes I see when I go to thrift/goodwill/etc?

  3. @ Eek - so many of them are. That's why I couldn't leave those white ones behind. They were practically new. The other's are sortof beat up but the issues are fixabele.

  5. That's my favourite colour combination. Always reminds me of Stephanie from the Sleepover Friends books I used to read when I was a preteen. I had to Google and found this link, just in case you've never heard of them and think I'm crazy:

  6. Love the color combo. The skirt is so cute!
Do the green sandals have the brand name "Jazz?" If yes, I have a pair of that same brand (I wore them on my blog the other day-Scarf Challenge: Day 2). They are from around the 1980s, someone gave them to me and that's when she said she wore them.

  9. Wow! What a chic outfit, head to toe! (Also, I really love your glasses. I've been searching for days for some new frames and I'm just so jealous of how perfectly yours fit you.)

  10. @ Style Journey - I'm pretty sure they say "Zazz". The first letter looks very much like a third Z. But who knows! I could be wrong. Pretty much all the other info other than 'genuine leather' being stamped on the bottom is obscured.

@ Allyson - Thanks so much! These I believe are Neostyle. I got them from Sam's Club, but I've been able to find the brand online.

I love the top tucked into the high-waisted skirt and of course the belt! Perfect outfit!

And awesome shoe finds! I can't wait to see you debut the green ones during fruits week!
